3. Service Usage Terms

Services are available to architecture firms, architectural visualisation companies, and individuals/companies in related fields.

Restrictions:

Materials provided (e.g., training materials, recipe books) are for personal or company use only.

Redistribution, resale, or transfer of provided materials to third parties is prohibited.

4. Payment and Refund Policies

Payment Structure:

A 50% deposit is required before commencing any service.

The remaining balance is invoiced upon completion of deliverables.

Monthly retainer fees operate as a subscription model.

Additional Costs:

For consultancy services requiring travel, clients are responsible for covering travel and accommodation expenses.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Deposits are non-refundable, If service fails to meet what has been outlined in the proposal then the final invoice may not be completed upon request and mutual agreement between both parties.

Policies regarding cancellation of services by either party. If cancelled by AIRCH LTD, a full refund of what was proposed. If cancelled by the client. The deposit will not be refunded.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
